"You want to participate in the Heavenly Star-Chasing Marathon? It's meant for the younger generation, you know. Why would you want to take part in something like that?" Xu Jiaqi asked.
The Heavenly Star-Chasing Marathon was intended for talented cultivators of the younger generation to showcase their abilities. However, now that Xu Jiaqi knew Yuan was the reincarnation of Tian Yingzhe, she could no longer view him as someone belonging to that generation.
"I need the Boundless Spirit Dew, which is apparently one of the rewards. If you can get me one, I'd be more than happy to skip the race," Yuan explained.
"The Boundless Spirit Dew, huh? That's unfortunate. If it were any other treasure, Bai Ling probably wouldn't have any trouble giving it to you. However, the Boundless Spirit Dew is not only a priceless treasure from the Primordial Era, but it was also donated as a reward for the race, so it doesn't actually belong to him," Xu Jiaqi said, shaking her head.
