As night fell, the sky turned crimson with fiery clouds, and the entire forest, the mountainside village, was enveloped in this blood-red hue.
Having spent a whole day here, Song Yi hadn't found anything peculiar about the people in this place; rarely did anyone come out.
Each had their own separate courtyard, with abundant food supplies inside. However, Song Yi and Li Wen had not eaten any, unsure whether they were clean and what might happen if they consumed them; it was unclear to everyone.
What were those people doing inside their courtyards? Song Yi and Li Wen had no way of knowing.
