The human heart might have such shortcomings, but generally, in the face of a spouse, it is usually the woman who feels insecure. They hope for a promise, a vow of eternal love. Maybe when the oath was made, it was genuine, but within a few years, all fantasies are worn away by the trivialities of marriage and the setbacks at work, and they find themselves bound together due to children and financial reasons.
