Scarlett Xavier lay down for a while, then picked up her phone to send Vivian Bell a message, "I'm sick."
Vivian: "Me too, I had a bit of a fever when I got back and my mom made me take some medicine."

Because they both mentioned at dinner that they wouldn't get sick, and then ended up slap in the face, Scarlett couldn't help but post on her social media.
"Vivian and I are both sick. I'll never brag about being healthy again."
Not long after the post, Scarlett received a message from Mrs. Rhodes, "Scarlett, you're sick?"
Scarlett didn't expect Mrs. Rhodes to be so attentive to her.
She actually had many thoughts about this mother-in-law these past two days.
Seeing Mrs. Rhodes' message, she replied, "Just a cold, I've already taken medicine."
"Has Julian returned home? If he's not back, I'll come over to check on you."
"No need," Scarlett said. "It's late, I'm already in bed, and he has come back."
