After leaving the hospital, Scarlett Xavier went to the store and saw Vivian Bell there, greeting Savannah Sutton.
Scarlett looked at Savannah, "Why are you here?"
Instead of visiting her father-in-law, she actually came here!
Savannah said, "I'm here to check things out."

She came early to scope it out.
Scarlett and Vivian have put a lot of effort into this store, making it even better than their homes. As soon as you enter, you feel incredibly comfortable, as if you've stepped into a forest.
She used to be unhappy about how good Vivian and Scarlett's store was, but now she was especially grateful for how much effort they had put into it.
Scarlett moved to the side and said, "Your father-in-law is still in the hospital, undergoing tests, and you can't even be bothered to see him. You'd rather come here and cause trouble."
