Of course, that was under the premise that they didn't know about their disappearance, because if they did, then these three Empires were nothing less than chickens on a chopping board.
Unfortunately, while their desire was strong, the means to fulfil it were lacking, or to be better put out there, since they couldn't find a decisive leader, they were bound to fail.
