Aurora Blaine and Kane Townsend arrived at the Townsend Family's home.
"Kane, you're finally back. Your father and I were worried sick about you," Kane's mother immediately stepped forward, examining him from head to toe.
Yesterday, Kane didn't come home. Kane's father and mother found out from Taylor Grant that the room key had been taken by Jace Pierce, the eldest son of the Pierce Family.
Kane's face showed no expression.
Kane's mother continued, "I heard from Mr. Grant that you were with Mr. Pierce last night? Is it true?"
"Yeah, when did you get to know Mr. Pierce? You never mentioned it," Kane's father echoed.
Their tone clearly conveyed their delight.
Because, Taylor Grant and Jace Pierce were on completely different levels.
The Grant Family was decent, but the Pierce Family was one of the five big families. When it came to choosing between them, the choice was obvious!
