It's good to have ambition but I have to be careful after all my world is probably more dangerous than a high speed chase as a mortal.
Though I'm cell I still have to train, I have all the DNA of the best races in the universe and the most talented people of that race. I have the saiyans zenkai, the frost demons tough physique, and a lot more. I have to thank doctor Gero that guy was a genius, maybe if I play my card right I can get the angels DNA and beerus too.
I access the ki inside me with ease that came from doctor gero's meddling. Good thing he didn't put a bomb inside cell. I use the ki to fly in to the air looking around I notice how beautiful the sun is in all its glory, I will be the sun one day above everyone.
I fly over building and let time pass by normally again. I think up of a plan unlike cell who started looking for the androids immediately looking for the androids I know that I'm still weak compared to them so I instantly fly over the horizon looking somewhere to take the first step in my journey

I found a city after a few seconds of flying and absorb everyone there. I use ki to cover myself and not be discovered by the z fighters. I know that trunks probably went to the past and should be coming back soon that's how cell went to the past after all.
I look at a map of the continent looking for the city west city where Bulma lives cell is after all doctor gero's creation so he's no slouch when it comes to genius and I'm even smarter now that my iq has been raised beyond anything possible, if I look through bulma's notes and blue prints I can make a time machine and go back without raising suspicion and having trunks warn them of me.
I fly at such extreme speeds that the air starts to burn around me before realizing I should coat ki around me, realizing my mistake I send. My ki into my body to start strengthening my body, that the reason ki fighters are so strong, the ki in their body nourishes it making it stronger it's the whole reason power levels matters so much.
I look down to see west city I look around knowing finding bulma's building will be extremely easy knowing her character it's just the biggest building with two cs on it.
I fly over and then walk through the doors there were no guards because I destroyed them and the robots were taken care of quietly. I decend into the basement and already knowing the way to get in to her hiding spot do to the show and manga when they were running from goku black and pretty much every villain.
I take the blue prints and the materials it doesn't matter to much I will eliminate Bulma immediately after I go back in time, can't take the chance she somehow escapes, she is someone who is extremely dangerous to me she might make a time machine from twigs if she survives Long enough, I will then go to the androids before they come to life and absorb them along with doctor gero who is still alive then.

So we all know that cell was op with his isekai trope absorbing stuff and getting stronger, Bulma and doctor gero are threats to him because of their genius, if it came to our maneuvering them he'd be able to but smarts over brains and doctor gero might have some device to control the new cell.
