Wen Jingyi, who was the city guard captain one week ago, was demoted to the vice captain, whereas the man named Xie Zhong became the new city guard captain that very night.
This Xie Zhong was the same bald man who led his elite squad to clean up Peacock School's Feathers during the attack.
