Peacock Pavilion – Peacock Lord's office
Peacock Lord was sitting at his desk, occupied with the documents before him. First Elder was preparing for the mission tomorrow, so Peacock Lord was by himself today.
The office door opened, and Mei Yue'er walked in to find her father still at his desk. "Father."
"Yue'er, you're back. How did your quest go?" Peacock Lord smilingly greeted his daughter.
Before carrying out the task given by Feng Luotian, she had notified her father about it. That was why he was aware of her quest. Peacock Lord could not be happier about this quest-and-reward campaign. He was especially eager to see what else the boy had to offer.
If his daughter could obtain another unique skill like Mirror Facsimile, it would only benefit the city, the school, and the clan.
