ICON: Raising Stars

A man, an Icon on earth, worshipped by millions as God’s Gift to Earth, Arisu was raised to be a star. From birth his future was decided, he was raised to be the work mule of a up and coming entertainment company, and unfortunately, or fortunately, the company lucked out as Arisu quickly rose to fame. Since birth he was taught how to sing, act, dance, fight, and play instruments. At age seven he starred in a blockbuster film that was seventh highest grossing film of all time. At age ten he had written and sung many top hundred songs, as well as went on his first tour. He had also made all of the beats and melodies played in them. At age fifteen he won a global MMA championship. At nineteen he had modeled for the most popular brands on Earth. And finally, at age twenty-one, usually the age people start their careers, he announced retirement, an announcement heavily opposed by his entertainment company. Arisu was a mean admired by all, however he hardly knew happiness, since young he had no real connections. Everyone looked at him with greed in their eyes, seeing profit, not him. The one love he had, a manga, “Tune In To the Midnight Heart” He admired all four of the women, each aspiring for fame and their dreams. However, when he learned that Arisu would only end up with one of the girls he was disappointed. “If it were me, I’d help them all and claim them as mine, and mine only.” Arisu muttered under his breath, a dangerous and sharp glean flashing through his putple eyes. [Is that so?] unexpectedly a voice responded back. “who are you?!” Arisu looked around. [Me? I am the Goddess of Fame and Fortune, the strongest and most famous being in all of existence fufufuf!] Suddenly a figure materialized in front of him, an impossibly gorgeous women. [I too am unimpressed with Arisu’s performance. Luckily for you, none of it has yet to happen, as a matter of fact, Arisu will be born in twenty-seven hours, and the destiny you saw will unfold exactly as fate has deemed.] “what are you saying?” Arisu stayed calm and stared her in the eyes. [I will put you in Arisu’s place, to do as you please, under one condition.] Arisu eyes widened, then he nodded. [To change what is deemed fate will greatly weaken me, I need you. I want you to allow me to accompany you upon this path of stardom, deal?] Arisu thought for merely a second before nodding, he nothing, no one, to leave behind. “If you would allow me, then it is my pleasure.” And with that the Goddess smiled before both of them disappeared from Earth.
