Earth has advance for several centuries in just a few decades. In that few decades Earth has changed dramatically and continental borders and country borders has changed. New islands emerged, new lands has been discovered, and new territories has been developed
Ancient and Historical Ruins has been completely searched and learned. Secret artifacts and structures has been found. Most importantly, the mystical aspect of the world was revealed
This was the start of "Open Mystical Age"
This led to the development of the Four Pillars of the World; Sci-Tech Division, Mystical Academy, Secret Organizations, and Religious State

Sci-Tech Division (Science and Technology)
One of the Four Pillars of the World that covers the scientific aspect of the world. They are responsible for the development and advancement of technology. They are the largest among the other Pillars that consists 45% of the world. The Sci-Tech Division consists of 10 branches that are called the Foundations of Science
1. Government
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that governs and leads the people by enforcing rules and laws in a specific territory. The Government has the authority to control a specific set of people based on their power that the people had decided. They also cover branches such as the Police, Firefighters, Hospitals, Markets, and certain Agencies
2. Military
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that leads the common armies throughout the world. The Military only has their common equipments with little to a few upgrades that help them dramatically in terms of war. The Military covers the Infantries, Army, Air Force, and Navy
3. Planetary Aeronautics Space Administration (PASA)
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that covers the space around the Earth. They develop technologies that deals with threats coming towards the world such as meteorites, alien visitors, and many more. They also have developed advanced technologies that makes space travel possible and harnessing certain energies from other planets or the Sun in the form of a Dyson Sphere. They developed technologies such as Orbital-Strike Satellites, Space Bus, Space Elevator, Exosphere Space Dome, and Space Houses. They also provide the Space Force which consists of super advanced and cutting edge technologies that makes Spaceships, Battleships, and several other versions, builds, designs, and models of smaller Spaceships
4. Lunar Base
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that was developed on the surface of the moon, Luna. The Lunar Base is built to harvest the resources of the moon and create a civilization that can live on the moon. It is also built for the sole reason of observing and researching the two aliens, or humanoid entities, that are living in the moon. The Boogeyman lived on the Light Side of the Moon and Nightmare lived in the Darkest Side of the Moon
5. Atmospheric Force Agency (AFA)
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that was developed for the monitoring and defense in the atmosphere and in the airspace. The AFA was built on individual Artificial Sky Islands that was built by another branch. They provide the best Aerial Force with speeds faster than sound. They are the ones that are capable to send faster transmission of informations and signal throughout the world. They fill the world with flying machines and vehicles for the humans to use
6. Aqua Sea Force
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that covers the whole sea and underwater exploration force. The Aqua Sea Force also deploys most of the machines in the Seven Oceans and Seven Seas. The whole point of the Aqua Sea Force is to completely discover the entirety of the ocean floor and hidden underwater caves and caverns. Their other mission is to provide sea support, sea travel, and sea transportation with machines and seaships and ocean destroyers that are reinforced with cutting and technology and new age materials
7. Bionic Mechs Association
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that created and innovated mechs that are piloted by one individual or more. They have developed several models and unique kinds of mechs that help within the fields of construction to military. The types of mechs that have been developed are separated into seven types; Light Mechs, Medium Mechs, Heavy Mechs, Colossal Mechs, Space Mechs, Void Mechs, and Quantum Mechs
8. Scientific Research Laboratories
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that are responsible for all researches that made the Foundations of Science possible. They researched all possible sciences that existed in reality in theorems and in possible fantasy or imagination. They have researched concepts such as the Artificial Sky Island, FTL Drive, Fusion Reactors, Energy Condensers, and many more sciences and technologies. The Scientific Research Laboratories covers all branches of scientific research from Psychology, Biology, Mechanics, Physics, and more along with newly dicovered branches such as Magicology, Manatomy, Concepticy, and Thoughtonomy among others
9. Omni-Engineering Administration
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that are the masters and experts of all engineering that exists. They are responsible for making all of the researches of the Scientific Research Laboratories possible by making it, designing it, and modelling it. They are the branch of Foundations of Science that reinforces the whole foundation and making each branch possible
10. Atomic and Quantum Resource Material Provider (AQuaRMaP)
The branch of Sci-Tech Division that are responsible for creating the exclusive and super high-tech materials such as metals, minerals, raw materials, and elemental solids. They also created various fluids from energetic, superfluids, free-flowing, and thousands more fluid types. They are the one who provide materials and resources to make the researches of the Scientific Research Laboratories possible

Secret Organizations
One of the Four Pillars of the World that covers the secret and hidden aspects of the world. They are the ones who are responsible for keeping world secrets and hiding them from public knowledge. They also keep it from the other Four Pillars of the World the best that they can. They contain 25% of the world. The Secret Organizations has five main branches called the Six Fingers and a secret branch which is the Seventh Finger
First Finger: Illuminati
The first and biggest branch of the Five Fingers and they hold the secrets of different deities and myths. They are known by the public only by name, nothing else. They are also known as the secret religious organization and they only deal with mythical and godly beings, beliefs, concepts, and artifacts. They are also especially known as the "Cult" and are believed to worship a false and evil deity.
Second Finger: The Octagon
The Octagon is the true secret organization that are being covered by the fake Pentagon. They hold all secret technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Stargate Technology. Rumours has it that they keep the Time Machine deep in the facility. The Octagon is also a large facility that imprisons and contains thousands of experimental beings and existences that may cause harm to the outside world. They collaborate with large and big companies, agencies, and organizations to keep most of the scientific secrets at bay. They are partnered with Area 52
Third Finger: Area 52
The Area 52 is formed before Area 51. Area 51 served as a camouflage to hide Area 52 from the public, conspiracy theorists, and the satellite. Area 52 holds objects and technologies that are found in space such as alien technologies and from the bottom of the ocean such as ancient civilizations or ancient burried technologies
Fourth Finger: Pirate Armada
The Pirate Armada roams around the world through the oceans and seas to guard the secret treasures of the Seven Seas.
Fifth Finger: The Anonymous
They are a group of individuals or a company that gatekeeps if a secret from the other Fingers has been leaked to the public. They take the risks and reveal themselves to the public to create confusion while working on the leaked information to be held. They are also capable of hacking and mild mind manipulation
Sixth Finger: The Round Table
Composed of secret knights that serve the King of the Great Knight Kingdom of England and His family. They possess incredible strength and endurance in order to protect the King when in times of danger. They are also candidates for the becoming one of the original member of the Round Table in the legends
Seventh Finger: The Old Man
The Old Man is an individual that holds the information regarding the location and all secrets of non-humans that are roaming around the Earth that not even the current technology and mystical masters has detected or seen. The Old Man also can't be discovered or detected and 1 in a billion persons will see The Old Man in just a blink or in the corner of their eyes. The Old Man even remains secret towards the Five Fingers

Mystical Academy
One of the Four Pillars of the World that holds the whole Mystical aspect of the world. They consist 10% of the world where the Mystical aspect is concentrated in one continent. The Mystical Academy is a giant academy that teaches children that are gifted with the Mystical. The academy is as large as a small country yet it is only an academy and no country or organization owns or governs it. The Mystical Academy contains three institutes, five sects, three clans, two pavilions, and an auction house with the main academy having twelve years of learning and mastery
Institutions:
Alchemy Brewing Institution
The institution that deals with brewing potions, concoctions, and pills. They are the ones who are responsible for helping various cultivators in cultivating their body, mind, spirit, and heart
Forge Masters Institution
The institution that creates or forges weapons, tools, armor, or items for people or cultivators that uses them. They coordinate with the Alchemy Brewing Institution to make various kinds of metals that will complement to the Spirit Energy around the Mystical Academy and to the cultivators' body and spirit
Array and Rune Institution
The institution that teaches various rune symbols to create an array in order to have the utility of life. They provide Array Plates and Rune Stones to cultivators that needed them to boost their cultivating speed
Sects:
Martial Arts Sect
The sect that teaches and prioritizes the arts of using one's body to either attack or protect a target with several meaningful movements and actions
Weapon Mastery Sect
The sect that teaches and prioritizes the use and mastery of a single weapon to several weapons
Elemental Tempering Sect
The sect that teaches and prioritizes the control of elements that a person possess
Medicinal Gathering Sect
The sect that teaches and prioritizes the act of gathering medicinal plants, herbs, flowers, and materials in the Great Sea of Trees and identifying the usefulness of the materials. They also provide the required ingredients that the Alchemy Brewing Institution needs
Magical Beast Sect
The sect that teaches and prioritizes the knowledge about the mysterious magical beasts that appear in the Great Sea of Trees and somewhere around the Super Pacific Ocean. They also teach the common and basic knowledge on magical beast about their behavior, body parts, and danger level. They provide several materials that they can give to the three institutions like magical beast parts to the alchemists, beast cores to the forge masters, and monster skin to the array masters. They also give the information about the ranks classification of certain magical beasts

Merchant Trading Clan
The clan that focuses on trading within the market and the outside world, especially with the Sci-Tech Division
Spirit Mine Clan
The clan that finds and builds mines around pockets of Spirit Stones and Mystical Stones. They have only found one giant pocket of mine that is filled with Spirit Stars, Mystical Cores, Energy Crystals, Soul Gems, Atomic Stones, and Divine Dusts
9-Layered Pagoda Clan
The clan that provides the whole security of the Mystical Academy. They are the security force that provides protection to cultivators and, in times, assassination deals. They are also the most important group because they provide the most helpful support to an entity with their power. The 9-Layeres Pagoda Clan mostly has the power of only support
Pavilions:
Item Exchange Pavilion
A pavilion that opens four times a year. They provide top-notch items and materials for cultivators in exchange for some of their items. Only in rare occasions that an exchanger accepts money to exchange for their items
Black Market Pavilion
A pavilion that opens 2 times a year. They sell various assortments of items that are either forbidden, secret, or powerful that are considered to be dangerous once used, unless it's the other way around. It is very rare to find a decent and proper item around the pavilion. Legend has it that there is one vendor that only shows itself to a chosen potential buyer
Auction House:
Stellar Nebula Lotus Auction House
The second highest ranking place in the Mystical Academy that is run by the Head Auctioneer. They are an elite house that collects, gathers, or obtain various kinds of items that are to be auctioned. These items are considered to be extremely rare as all of the other Four Pillars of the World pay a visit once every 2 years as the auction house only opens once every 2 years
Academy:
Mystical Masters and Cultivators Academy (MMCA)
The main portion of the Mystical Academy where students and cultivators attend to go through their cultivation years and learning the mystical ways. The academy is separated into six grades that is required to have two years for each grades, totalling for twelve years. The academy is led by Mythical Master, also known as the Academy Principal, and he is the most powerful person in the Mystical Academy before the Head Auctioneer. The total cultivation years that the Academy Principal has gone through is at 2,000 years. He made that happen with the combination of Parabolic Array Plates, Time Chamber Rune Stones, thousands of special forged tools, pill integrity, and hundred of monster cores with a Divine Star that the Academy Principal found when the mystical aspect of the world came to be to power the whole contraption
