Ha-Eun's POV:
With an eager wait and angst, tomorrow finally approached us. It was around 7 am. Ji-Hoo had told me yesterday that he would be coming back home within this time. The whole I couldn't get a bit of sleep as I was mustering up all the strength left in my feeble body, to confess the truth to him. But a strange pain was continuously ringing inside my chest from yesterday. Today, somehow, I could sense the pain much harder.
Dressed up in a white long gown, I was preparing Ji-Hoo's favorite pork ramyeon noodles and rice cakes while waiting for his arrival. Slightly, I glanced at the bunch of red tulips, I had collected with the utmost affection to give him as the symbol of our love. I smiled with a shy eloquence and focused on preparing the food.
But...
Ji-Hoo wasn't coming back home! It was already around 8.30 am. I had already finished up the food preparation and impatiently glancing at the door. I had kept the front door open to notice his arrival from the yard.
