Chapter 4 - Chapter 3: Master Blank & Miss. White

Master Blank, clad in his ashen grey knight warrior armor with gold accents, spoke with authority. "Young Master Aadi listen when you can move get up and run back home we'll hold them off." His face hidden behind a helm, and a long white hair-like ornament extending from the back, he wielded a long sword emanating a formidable aura.

"Yes , Master Aadi It'll be…. some adult fun you mustn't see otherwise your mother will get angry." Miss White, her voice filled with both love and a hidden malice towards the attackers. She wore a black veil that concealed her face, and today she donned a ninja-like battle armor, equipped with two short swords designed for stealth. The contrast between her and her husband's appearance only served to highlight their complementary skills. Despite the sudden appearance of six more experienced assailants, neither Master Blank nor Miss White displayed the slightest hint of worry. Their combined combat abilities were formidable, capable of handling far more than just three adventurers alone.

Aadi, still temporarily paralyzed, absorbed their words, understanding the gravity of the situation. He knew he had to trust in his instructors' skills. He knew that time was of the essence, and he needed to regain control of his body and make his escape home. With a surge of determination, he focused his mana, willing his muscles to respond.

Slowly, the paralysis began to fade, and Aadi felt the tingling sensation of movement returning to his limbs.

But before he could fully regain his movement Aadi's panic intensified as he lay on the ground. A man with a devilish smile was charging up a lightning bolt standing next to Koden staring a Aadi. He knew that time was running out. The thought of being struck by it sent shivers down his spine, knowing it could be a fatal blow.

"Damn it all" Aadi said as he gritted his teeth trying to force his body to move in time. But he was too late the bolt was fully charged.

Just as Aadi's hope was dwindling, a white and black mist materialized around the enemy, revealing Miss White behind him. With her swift movements, she decapitated the assailant, preventing the lightning bolt from being launched. Aadi's relief was short-lived as he realized that they were still outnumbered and more enemies were approaching.

Master Blank, fighting off the assailants with his shield and sword, called out to Aadi, urging him to move. "Can you move yet Master Aadi? They have more coming and it'll be bad if you was here still in this state."

Aadi could see the determination in his instructor's eyes, even as he skillfully blocked and countered the enemy's attacks. Each strike deflected off his shield, causing ash to fall and stick to the assailants. Aadi noticed that the ash seemed to have a debuffing effect, slowing down the enemies or making them more aggressive.

Miss White, now concealed in her mist form, wreaked havoc among the enemies, causing chaos and confusion. Aadi knew that he couldn't afford to be a burden in this critical moment. With a surge of determination, he focused his mana, willing his body to respond. Ignoring the pain and discomfort.

"Aaarrrkkgghh" he yelled out from the pain and pushed himself up from the ground, his eyes fixed on his instructors. He nodded, acknowledging their command.

With a newfound resolve, Aadi mustered all his strength and sprinted towards the safety of the castle. The sound of clashing weapons and the echoes of battle followed him as he ran, a constant reminder of the fierce struggle his Instructors were engaged in to protect him.

As he raced through the forest, Aadi's mind was filled with a mix of worry for his instructors and determination to reach home and inform them of the attack . He knew that his parents were away but the family guards would be waiting, ready to defend their home and aid in the battle against the assailants. They actually should already be on their way. It's just a matter of running into them.
