Zhu Minglang recognized the woman; she was the one from last night who wanted to elope but was persuaded to leave by the Weaver Star!
Today, she wore a rather pretty dress, holding a basket, seemingly planning to offer incense, most likely at the Weaver Temple.
"A fellow asked me to wait here for him. I guess he must have run into some trouble, but I dare not leave, fearing that he won't be able to find me or this hat when he returns..." the simple man said.
