At first Akiol felt this was just a proper usage of resources, after all a one Stage gap was significant enough to provide plenty of help.
He did not predict that surpassing this one Stage gap would bring a different sort of trouble.
So Akiol apologized, "Sorry, I didn't mean for this to happen."
