Several magic circles hovered in the air. Thin lines projected from them a connected to Kan'na. She guided these lines to another magic circle that was being created.
Hundred mumbled under his breath and lifted his staff, mana swirled towards the tip of in and began to form.
With a twirl of his staff Hundred pointed at Kan'na and shouted, "[Light Ray]!"
Kan'na clapped her hands together and the magic circle activated. A mist rapidly expanded and covered the area around her. The mist crackled with electricity, like a thundercloud that lingered on the surface.
As the light ray shot forward from Hundred's staff, the thundercloud responded. The moment the two spells made contact the light ray was stopped by a web of lightning.
Not perturbed by the outcome, Hundred tapped the ground with his staff. The dolls suddenly raised their arms and shot the magic orbs forward.
Kan'na called, "You know that won't work!"
"Are you so sure?"
