As he stated, Jarvis spent time underwater with the Lord of the Sea's blessing to help remove the lingering pieces of Heresy. With Bo and To he had the tools necessary to help with the cleansing. Although it was the birds who were doing most of the work. He had helped with manual labor, clearing out rubble blocking underwater caves infested with Heresy.
A handful of them held old Chimeras, or other Heresy tainted fish. The Sages had helped in subduing these creatures while Bo and To saved the ones they could. It was difficult work, but the ocean was steadily seeing the improvements. Especially with the Lord helping.
