All the cultivators knew that if the awaking process were not destiny but something that everyone could do, then only the major clans and sects would be cultivators. But thanks to the aleatory awaking in persons, the cultivation world is very vast and different. There are not major powers that consists only of people from the same family, but they have to recruit people from different background and form them to cultivators.
"Ok, we can do it. We, the instructors, agree to the idea."

After both groups thought about this idea, they wanted to give it a try, even if it was a waste.
But the main reason to accept this, was that they were not like the indoctrinated instructors and elders in the capital or other cities. This academy was always special and only people that were not accepted in other places would come, because of various reasons. For example, some academies have specific ideas of how to teach and every instructor has to follow the idea, and there was no deviation, like the saint academies, that obliges every student to believe in the religion of the saint. Everyone that wanted to go to those academies, has to be follower of the religion of the saint, it did not matter if you are a student or instructor or elder.
There were other academies that had other believes, but this academy is the only place were nothing of that had a mean. The instructors were here to teach cultivation, the students are here to learn cultivation and the elders do their job without interfering with the instructors and the students. It was a simple place, were everyone could join it and learn. Therefor the instructors and elders were more open than anyone. This was also the reason why the academy would close if Principal Black were not here. This academy was weak and did not got the sufficient resources and they did not have a background, like the saint church or the royal palace. Even if it was financed by the royal place, they did not have their backing.
Whatever, they had now a free pass to build the new are of the academy, or better saying to renovate the old area of the academy.
"Fifth Elder, you are the finance manager, give the eighth elder a budget to renovate the old are of the academy, also the dormitories. The old are should shine again and the work should go as fast as possible." Ordered Principal Black, right after they all agreed.
"Yes, principal. The eighth will make a budged propose, and then I will give it." Replied the fifth elder.
"First elder, as the coordinator of the instructors, find the most suitable instructors for the kids and plan a timetable." Ordered principal Black again, she was making that everyone has something to do for this project.
"Yes, principal Black."
"Instructor lee, find the most suitable subjects to teach to the little children and help the first elder."
"I understood."
"Instructor Gustav made a training plan for little children to increase their chances to awake. You are the best at the theory of increasing the chance of awaking. I read your thesis and I was impressed."
This instructor was one of the best instructors in the academy and was a former instructor from the royal academy in the capital, but his ideas were not accepted there and he was exiled to this academy as an art of punishment because of thinking too much.
"Thank you, principal Black." He was happy that someone praised his work.
"Max, you are a genius in all the ambits of cultivation, help Instructor Gustav by developing the training plan."
Max was surprised to have this honor; he did not think that someone would recognize him so openly that he was a genius. Even if he were the clone, he also had the same intelligence as the original and that could not be underestimated.
"Yes master, I will help instructor Gustav."
Everyone in the room was surprised that today the principal recognized two people so highly, she never did that and only in some special circumstances she would praise someone.
Principal continued giving tasks to everyone for a long time and then she came to an end after one hour of discussing the tasks.
"Now, the last task is to advert for this new part of the academy. I know that the second elder has the best advertising abilities since he was the one that could recruit so many students this year, without him this academy would be an academy without students. So, second elder, after everything is settled, I give you one week to bring all the children that have no parents to the academy, if someone is not happy with it than say that it is a direct order from me. For the other children from normal and rich households, they can join slowly after that. This is not only for the second elder, everyone present in this room must help."
Everyone understands what they had to do and they quickly left the meeting room. They all had their own methods to do their tasks, but one had everyone together and that was that they will end the task whatever it costs. They all were intelligent persons and they all knew that this matter was not as simple as they thought at the beginning. In the time they were in the meeting room, they noticed that the principal focused more on the orphans and children in need and they knew that this matter was deeper than they thought at the beginning. Because they were almost all the time in the academy, they did not know what exactly was happening in the city, so they could only follow the orders.
