Vox then proceeded to watch over the straw hats as they walked to Cocoyasi Village. He honestly was not interested with the whole fight. While they did their thing, Vox was already certain that the outcome won't change. And when Arlong finally got defeated, Vox flew to Loguetown. After he arrived there he went to a restaurant to eat, while Heli went high in the Sky to fly.
Vox walked inside a restaurant that was supposed to sell the best food in the city. Looking around a man caught his eyes, he was wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and 2 sigar in his mouth while eating, which was a very weird sight to behold. Vox walked towards him and sat at the table he sat.
"Do you mind?" Vox asked when he saw the man looking at him.
"Yes, I do mind." The man said as he seemed to get a bit agitated.
"Well, I am too curious about something, how can you eat and smoke at the same time?" Vox inquired. Some questions can't be understood with logic. Like Ussops alarming lack of braincells, Zoro's neck and now this mans eating habit with a sigar. It is not like he is eating from the gaps or something, he is smoking it, inhaling it and eating at the same time. 'I know he has a devil fruit, but this is insane. Another mystery.'
"If you don't move by the time I start counting to 3, I will lock you up for a month." The man looked at Vox and held his jitte. His action did not escape Vox's eyes, because he still needed this man to focus on Luffy, he stood up and walked away.
"Fine, fine, I'm going." Going to an empty table, he ordered some food and ate it. Waiting for Luffy to arrive.
It did not take long for news of Luffy to be sent to all of east blue. Vox who was in the forest training, Held the bounty poster in his hand.
"Straw Hat Luffy, 30.000.000 Beli, Dead or Alive." "Hahaha, finally." Laughing to himself Vox proceeded with his training.
Meanwhile, at a completely different place, Mihawk also looked at the poster in his hand, not long afterwards he met up with Shanks.
"Ahh Mihawk! Come, come! have a drink with me!" Shanks laughed as he shoved a cup in Mihawks hands.
"Here." Ignoring Shanks behavior, he gave him the poster.
"Oh what is- Ahahahahahaha BOYS! CELEBRATION TIME, LUFFY GOT HIS FIRST BOUNTY!"
"YEAH! THAT'S OUR LUFFY!"
"Ahahaha Kid's grown up!"
All of the Red Haired Pirates laughed and started drinking like madmen.
"There was another surprise in East Blue that you did not mention." Mihawk sipped his drink and looked into Shanks eyes, seeing his confused look, he knew that Shanks was not aware.
"Surprise? what surprise?"
"Rumble Rumble Fruit, and very powerful Wielder. At least a weak admiral level. His Haki, although rough at the edges, is enough to hold such a position if he wished to."
"WHAT!? That Fruit is here again!?" Shanks exclaimed as he stood up. Then his eyes grew sharp. "Which side is he on?"
"None, he seems to have created his own side, so called Skaarf Family." Mihawk smiled, he trusted his instincts, and his instincts told him that Vox was not his enemy. Otherwise he would have cut him down then and there.
"That's good, that fruit can never land in the hands of the World Government. The moment it does, it will be trouble. That new Admiral is already bad news." Shanks heaved a sign of relief.
"You seem to be scared, didn't expect one of the 4 emperors to fear someone so much." Mihawk smiled seeing Shanks's situation.
"I am not scared of the individual, just like the Dark Dark Fruit, this Fruit can not and must not fall in the hands of the world government, as long one knows of it's secrets that is." Shanks shook his head, he was with the roger pirates, he is well aware of dangers of these 2 fruit.
"Anyway, what is this Skaarf Family?" Shanks asked a bit curious.
"A family of youths that is taking over the underground operations of the 4 seas. And many are not happy with it." Mihawk emptied his cup and smiled 'This man is making everything so much interesting.'
"Hahaha, so what if they are not. if they can do that, that means they are strong enough!" Shanks laughed and poured himself another cup.

Time passed and the Strawhats arrived in Loguetown. In the forest, Vox felt them arriving with his Haki and stopping his training. Knowing that Dragon was here and watching over Luffy, he just waited high in the Sky while singing a song for Heli. It has been sometime since he sang.
In the city, Zoro was shopping for swords, Sanji getting fish while Ussop was, for whatever reason aside from maybe being hit in the head and having to now live with limited braincells, not buying a normal gun but *ammo* for his ...*weapon*... Nami was shopping for clothes. 'Typical' Vox shook his head, even the girls in the Skaarf Family would go shopping. Vox was certain that each one of them had at least enough clothes to fill a whole mansion. 'Thankfully we can afford the expenses.' The Skaarf Family made a monthly income of a few hundred million Beli. That is typically what happens when you get rid of all opposition, even when you do *fair work*, you still get rich as hell. The only thing that is not fair about their shops is that they don't pay taxes. if someone asks for taxes, typically the Marine would do it, they would just replace the current one with the highest command with someone more 'approving' as for the other one, he tend to have an 'accident' or a 'sickness' that sadly took his life.
Vox did not care for that, the marines are just like the pirates, but with better propaganda and better means to hide their hobbies underground, which is now impossible without them knowing, in East Blue at least.
Shaking those thought of his head, he looked to see get ambushed by Cabaji and locked up. Vox looked around him and saw the storm coming. 'There he comes' Vox smiled when he saw a man rushing with the storm. "Fly lower Heli.
Back on the execution platform, Buggy brought his sword down to cut Luffy's head off. Luffy instead just smiled and apologized to Zor and Sanji But just at the last second, A figure in the clouds waved his hand and a bolt of lightning struck down on Buggy's sword. Vox who saw that was impressed. "To have such guts in the face of death and actually smile. Truly an interesting guy, see that Heli, you need to be more like him." Vox then decided to wait until Dragon was done with Luffy and the rest. In the meantime he looked at his system.
"The system is best at supporting me, the monster cards were good early on but now they don't feel really useful, Only those like Galaxy Queen and Exodia are forever gonna be good. But the rest are getting power creeped." Vox shook his head when thinking how his first ever card that supported and saved his life at the start was now not even helpful in terms for fightning power. "If only I had exodia ready, then I might have been able to make them real living things, capable of growing stronger, breeding. Which might in turn change the planet if some Blue Eyes White Dragons started having babies."
"I wonder how Night Wing is doing, Ina must be sticking to her like a glue."
Vox then looked back on the ground and the fight was finishing. He looked on as Dragon stopped Smoker, but he could feel Dragon's Haki focusing on him. He was certain that he would stop him and probably kill him if he even made a small move towards Luffy.
After the strawhats left, Dragon flew towards him. "You seem to have something to talk about" he said as he stopped in front of Vox.
"A business proposition, get on, let's go a bit higher from prying eyes." Vox then sat on top of Heli and took out 2 bottles of rum, it was his own rum that he made, pretty strong. 'I am so happy that dad was an alcohol enthusiast, talking non-stop about it and its manufacturing process.'
Dragon flew next to Vox and also sat down, he took the bottle offered to him and started drinking, not worried about being poisoned at all.
"Heli, go up." Afterwards Heli flew in the sky, hiding behind the dark clouds, where the view was a beautiful sight to behold. If Dragon was a beautiful girl, this would have been such a good date. 'I should do this the next time I try to date a girl' Vox thought to himself before pushing those thoughts aside.
"What is this business proposition you want to offer." Dragon then started the topic off.
