Xingping Chuangzhen scratched his face and said, "As far as I know, genuine Indian-style curry uses heavy ingredients and generally doesn't use coconut milk or shredded coconut to mitigate the spiciness. Therefore, authentic Indian curry is intensely spicy with a strong aftertaste."
