In a dark alley of Eagle's Nest City, within an immensely dirty pile of rubbish, a decrepit figure slowly rose.
Stan Duplessi had no time to experience his completely transformed new body, which was a result of his soul returning after it had undergone transformation. The only words left to him by the Great Existence when he was cast out of the kingdom filled his mind.
Out of adoration for his "Sovereign", Stan automatically ignored the first two words.
Despite deciphering a hint of malice, he knew the Sovereign who granted him incredible power and rebirth was clearly not the kind of Divine depicted in various legends and myths—radiant and perfect. Rather, He was a different kind of Supreme Sovereign.
He was sure that the Sovereign wouldn't mind him voicing that phrase nor his presumptions.
Yet, he still maintained his reverence because at this moment, Stan Duplessi had completely been reborn.
