She can basically teleport to any part of the northern continent that has ice or snow as long as she has the mana for it. In just a few minutes, the Primordial Beast of Frozen Tundra will be before her, and she is now ready. She might not be able to handle a primordial beast on her own, but she is enough to delay it. She was not as weak as she was before when the first attack happened.
