Regarding those human brain array mainframes, we considered freeing them from the start. Since the Melowa People rely on the special attributes of the soul to control the starships, they didn't completely destroy the souls corresponding to the human brain arrays; they only suppressed their activity to a very low state. This means there is still a possibility for their resurrection.
However, truly bringing them back to life presents quite a few challenges.
