In Hong Mingyue's mind, she had always believed she was more outstanding than Ye Lingyue.
The only thing Ye Lingyue was better at than her was luck.
But so what if Ye Lingyue's luck was good?
The man she found was just a demon.
And not only that, he was a washed-up Demon Ancestor with no real power in the Demon World.
The man Hong Mingyue was going to find definitely had to be stronger than Ye Lingyue's.
Xi Jiuye was a Divine Master, his Divine Power reached the heavens, even Di Shen and the others were no match for him.
Hong Mingyue fancied herself as Xi Jiuye's woman; if she could bring him back to the Divine Realm, she could become a Divine Consort.
The status of Divine Consort, compared to Queen Xiyuan of the demons, was unquestionably superior.
So for a long stretch of time, Hong Mingyue had not contacted the Demon Empress Moonflower at all, let alone tell her about the Senluo Ghost Fruit King and Xi Jiuye.
