When they arrived at the hospital, as Xia Yuxun was about to get out of the car, someone hooked her collar and pulled her back.

As he stood against the light looking at her, and rubbed her hair with that expression, Xia Yuxun's heart skipped a beat. She forced herself to stay calm and stepped off the car steadily, only breaking into a run once she was sure Leng Sichen could no longer see her.
Standing at the window by the stairs on the second floor, she watched him slowly drive away until he disappeared. Only then did she come to her senses, dazedly hugging the thermal container and continuing to climb the stairs.
