The Divine Master chuckled and softly said, "Su Yang attacks these cities; we only lose some insignificant personnel. Even if Su Yang annihilates all those cities outside of ours, what does that matter? Even if all those people die, it doesn't hurt our foundation. It doesn't mean much to us. Achieving great things inevitably requires some sacrifices. They chose the path of cultivation, and they must have anticipated that one day they might fall in battle—that's unavoidable. How can you accomplish great things with such indecisiveness?"
The Divine Master paused and said loudly, "However, killing these people of Su Yang has a different significance. If we can exchange these insignificant lives for Su Yang's life, do you think such a trade is worth it?"
The two exchanged a glance; the Divine Master's words were indeed true. Not to mention trading these lives for Su Yang's life, even if more people were to die, it would still be worth it.
