After recaps everything more detailed what Justice told them she didn't even notice Yui in all the urgency she was having.
"Calm down," says Nesiara as she was rubbing Asuna's back trying to calm her down using magic.
"I will talk with Kirito. You three stay here," says John as he puts Yui down and says, "Be good to your little aunt alright."
"Yes," says Yui while smiling as Asuna looked at Yui and was surprised to see Yui.
"Is she-," says Asuna as Nesiara interrupts her with a smile.
"Our daughter Yui. She was made into our daughter just a moment ago. Yui come here and present yourself to Asuna," says Nesiara as Yui stands in front of Asuna and waves at her presenting herself to her.
"Nice to meet you, Yui. I'm sorry to not have noticed you before but your aunt is a little exhausted from everything that happened today," says Asuna as she petted Yui's head and says to Nesiara, "She has your hair and skin. You sure you adopted her."
"Like said before she is my daughter. What I meant is she is my biological child. We told you about Jack remember. He made it possible for us," says Nesiara as she took Yui's hand and says, "You should probably stay here tonight until John is done with Kirito."
"What do you think he will do?" asks Asuna now worried again about Kirito.
"Don't worry he will just cheer him up in his own way. It might take the whole night that's why I'm telling you to stay," says Nesiara as Yui takes Asuna's hand and all three went into the kitchen. Nesiara begins to make a cake.
"For who is the cake?" asks Asuna curious.
"For Yui. We will have to make one day her birthday so let's make it today," says Nesiara as she was decorating the cake with Asuna's help.
They went back into the living room and put the cake on the table and Nesiara ignites the candles making Yui blow them out before eating half the cake by them when Nesiara says, "We should keep the rest for John and Kirito."
"Yes," says Yui happy as Nesiara gave her a hug and began to carry her towards the bedroom.
"We should go to sleep for today," says Nesiara as she puts Yui in the bed with her while Asuna used the free bed as they went to sleep.
John, on the other hand, was dealing with a broken Kirito as he says, "Are you going to look like that until the end of time. You killed a person that wanted to kill you. Is it really that bad? Many people kill other people because it is their job and they live with it because they know it was them or they would have died."
"You really think killing is that easy," says Kirito as he was in a fetus position.
"It gets easier over time. My first kill was a man that looked already almost dead. He was hiding behind a mask and used illusions. I had one before but couldn't say it was my kill because someone stole it from me. If you are in my situation you will learn that showing compassion can be deadly," says John as he was radiating a dark and cold aura before it dissolved and he continues, "But that doesn't mean it is easy. I don't kill indiscriminately but only those that I believe could bite me back. Why do you think the Laughing Coffin members are still alive? It's not because I'm generous but because I know they can't do anything against me or Nesiara."
"So you think it's our fault for being too soft," says Kirito.
"Every person is different that's something someone used to say. Some people see the world in black while others see it white. I see it in grey. It's just that for some the tone of white doesn't change this fast. Many things can be tolerated until they turn black for them. You can tolerate some things but once some talks about killing you draw a line seeing it as completely black," says John as he was explaining something to Kirito.
"I see the world as it is completely grey. I only see black when it comes to Nesiara and Yui. If something were to happen to them I might kill every living being in my way," says John as chills pass-through Kirito when John says, "Any way you need to choose if you want to live like a turtle or a soar like a dragon. You would have to kill sooner or later so maybe sooner was better than later."
"What do you mean?" asks Kirito as he was confused by what John said.
"It seems the final boss is a player. He gets stronger the longer we wait it seems. We will have to pick the pace up before he gets too strong," says John as Kirito looked at him surprised from hearing that.
Kirito began to remember something suspicious that happened to him and asks, "Have you heard about how I lost to Heathcliff?"
"No, we only heard that you lost and that's why you joined the guild," says John as he knew that Kirito wouldn't mention this if he hadn't a clue.
"Heathcliff could use more than one element to fight me. He was almost unbeatable even when I got the upper hand he was suddenly unmoveable as if he couldn't take damage," says Kirito as John was thinking about his theory again.
"I need to check something. I will be right back," says John as he suddenly finds himself in Paradise and walks towards the Library.
"Didn't you say you wanted to relax and not peek into the book of this world," says Justice as he pops out.
"I changed my mind. If what Kirito said is true then we could be in danger," says John as he entered the forbidden section and finds the book. He reads about what normally would happen and says, "So it's really him. Why does it feel that the first one is the most difficult to beat?"
"That's because it's the truth he is always the most difficult to beat," says Justice from experience watching Logan fight against the Archdemon was pretty much the same.
"We need to return and kill him it's that simple," says John when Logan appears.
"It's not that simple. He is protected by a plot-armor making him invincible until you arrive on the 100th floor and have to fight him. Until then you will have to watch your enemy from up close without being able to kill him," says Logan as he walked over to John and whispers, "Just ignore him for now and concentrate on getting stronger for Nesiara and Yui. Also give Yui those from me. She will like them once they break out of their eggs."
Two eggs appeared in Logan's hands one had the symbol of courage and the other of friendship as John was rather confused about the eggs as Logan says, "You never heard of Digimons have you. Those two will serve Yui well. But here is her weapon. She used to be data I modified it so she can use it without a problem."
Then a fourth-generation Digivice a D-Tector appears in front of John. John takes it and puts it away before taking the eggs and Logan says, "Take good care of those two one used to be my own companion while the other belongs to Nesiara's Grandfather. That's why I can trust that my Great-great-granddaughter will always be safe. Even when she steps into the battlefield. Dino and Inu are their names."
Then Logan slowly faded away while saying, "Goodbye old friend. May you find happiness in this life like you did in the last."
John was now standing with two eggs in his hands as he asks Justice, "What is a Digimon?"
They returned to Kirito while storing the eggs away for now as Kirito asks, "What did you find out?"
"Nothing. He might be suspicious but it isn't him. But we shouldn't let our guard down around him," says John as he was preparing to sleep on the ground today because he didn't want to leave Kirito alone tonight since it seemed Asuna was not returning today.
The next morning John felt some back pain from sleeping on the ground as both then went to his house when Kirito asks, "Who is Yui by the way? If she is your mistress I can keep that secret for you."
Suddenly a fist came flying for Kirito as John says, "Say that again about my daughter and I will hit you harder."
"Daughter when did you and Nesiara got the time to have a child?" asks Kirito as he was holding his head from the pain he was feeling.
"She became my biological daughter yesterday. But I already adopted her a week earlier after seeing how cute she was," says John as Yui's cuteness was the only thing that melted his heart from suspicion making him want to take her in and make her his own child.
"So how does she look like?" asks Kirito as John opened the door and Yui jumped straight at John.
John catches her in midair and lifts her up and Kirito takes a look at Yui who looked almost exactly like Nesiara when John says, "Now why is my princess this excited."
"We celebrated my birthday yesterday. We still have some leftover cake," says Yui as she tries to hug John only to get her arms not around John until he lifted her higher and her arms went around John's neck as she was now hanging around his neck.
They enter the house and Asuna sees Kirito still a little depressed but better than he was yesterday. She smiles seeing that Kirito was almost back to normal.
They sit down as Nesiara brings the leftover out as well as the breakfast with Asuna's help as Yui was sitting on John's lap until John says, "Your Great-great-grandfather gave me some gifts for you it seems."
John takes the two eggs out and the D-Tector out and says, "They are known as Digimons. They are made out of data and this is a weapon or at least it's what Logan said."
Yui takes the D-Tector as it was interesting when John takes her hand and says, "This will hurt a little."
He pinches Yui's finger and blood dripped on the two eggs as suddenly two cute digimons came out of the eggs. One was a Botamon(Dino) while the other was a Punimon(Inu) they looked at Yui who suddenly shined when she picked both up and hugged them and says, "They are cute can I really keep them."
"Yes, they are your protectors. It would be a shame if you couldn't keep them after all," says John as he tells her the names of both and she begins to call them by their names to see who reacts to which name to see who was who.
Then they began to eat before Asuna and Kirito returned home to have time to heal their mental wound while the little family had a surprise as the two digimons evolved into a Koromon and a Tsunomon.
