The next day Jason woke up. He made a mental list of everything he needs to do right now. First he needs to train his body and get stronger. Next he needs to explore the island and pray that there's a town on this island. He also needs to find out what island he is on right now. Then he must figure out what timeline he is in. And finally he must figure out what he wants to do in this world.
After figuring out what he must do, he wanted to test if he can check the system using commands in his mind. He thought 'STATUS' and it popped up and he was thanking that damn voice. It would've been really annoying if it was only through voice commands.
Now he started training his body. Jason thought he would start out by doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and doing a 1 mile run. He took about an hour doing this.
Then he decided he must made a weapon so he took some stones and sharpen it then he attach them to a stick and used vines to tie it together and manage to make a simple spear.
He roamed around the jungle and found a small clearing. He decided to make a trap by digging a hole and putting some bait on it. He waited and waited and finally he saw a tiger that's about the size of a tiger in his world. The tiger walked and saw a small piece of fish. It walked over and fell into the small hole. Jason immediately jumped out of the bush he was hiding in and dropped a big rock on it. The rock hit its head but it was still standing. He used his spear and stabbed at it's eye and manage to kill it.
Immediately some notifications rang out.
"Congratulations host for killing a Baby Tiger. Host has been awarded with 500 HuntingPoints.
"Host has completed the mission 'First Beast Hunt'. Host has been awarded 5 Card Draws and obtained a 2x Training Boost for 1 Hour Card."
Jason thought that it was really easy to earn points if he got a whole 500 but he won't question it. He then decided he would draw cards.
He thought, "System use the 5 card draws."
The system replied with a simple "Yes" and 25 cards popped up and the system said, "Please choose 5 cards."
Jason looked at it to see if there's any way to tell anything and it all looked the same so he just chose 5 cards from the first row.
The system said, "You obtained 2x Training Boost for 1 Hour Card, Normal Katana, Body Training Manual, Sea-stone Spear, Random Devil Fruit Card. It has all been sent to your inventory."
Jason was looking at the window with his mouth open. He manage to obtain a Devil fruit and sea-stone weapon already. Jason was also happy that he has a inventory. He took back everything he said about that stupid voice and was thanking it. He was excited and immediately told the system to redeem the random Devil fruit.
"You have received the Bug Bug Fruit: Model Dragonfly."
Jason instantly took back all his thanks to that fucking god and started cursing at it. He then checked out the body training manual and it told him what his body needs to do and what is the fastest way to make himself stronger. He didn't know how he felt about this.
Then Jason asked the system what he can do with the dragonfly fruit.
The system answered, "You can either sell it for HuntingPoints or he can use 3 Devil fruits and get a 'Rare Random Devil Fruit' card."
Jason thought about it and decided to keep it for now.
