Headache.
Yeah. That's what she got for drinking so much last night.
Charmaine slowly opened her eyes and saw the unfamiliar blanket she was clutching. 'Where is this?' she asked herself. Is she in a hotel? With who? She checked her clothes and realised she was wearing pyjamas. So who changed her clothes?
"It was me." as if reading her mind, a voice resounded from the couch across the bed. He was wearing casual clothes and on his lap sat a laptop. He glanced at his wristwatch before glancing at her once more. "It's only six. You should sleep a bit longer."
Charmaine didn't answer. She just stared at the man for about ten seconds before calling his name... "Leo!"
The man lifted her gaze from the computer and when he realised Charmaine has been staring at him, he stood up and walked closer to the woman. "What is it?" he asked pulling her to an embrace. "Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?"
