Three years passed in the Warrior's Realm, during which Arthur refined both his old and new skills, as well as the new cultivation method he had created by destroying his foundation, which made Shura smirk from afar.
Shura felt excited upon seeing Arthur create his own cultivation method, combining Shura's 'How to Cultivate all Eight Elements' with three cultivation methods created by Mortals who became Gods after cultivating them, three cultivation methods of gods and immortals, and two that Arthur found by accident.
The first three are Buddha's 'Divine Enlightenment' cultivation method, the second is Cheon Ma's or Tian Mo's 'Heavenly Demon Art', and the last is 'The Martial God Art' created by Guan Yu.
The three Immortals and Gods' cultivation arts are Baldr's 'Pure Light Art', Ares' 'War God Art', and 'Thundering Body Art' created by Thor Tyrson.
One of the cultivation methods he found was written by someone with the surname Pendragon, with the first name erased from the cover, under the title of the cultivation art 'The Knight King's Art'.
The second only had the title written on it and nothing but a simple 'Body Art'. This confused Arthur a lot but he put it to the side first since he wanted to start with Internal Cultivation Arts.
At first, he concentrated on the internal cultivation arts which are Divine Enlightenment, Heavenly Demon, and Pure Light Art.
Divine Enlightenment contained most of what he had already learned from Buddha himself in the past.
The Heavenly Demon Art was to stabilize his Qi since it is the complete opposite of the Divine Enlightenment Art. Where Divine Enlightenment is soft the Heavenly Demon Art is ruthless bringing Heavenly and Demonic Qi into a balance.
The Pure Light Art helps Arthur gather external Qi from the sun directly which he wasn't able to do before. He could only gather the external Qi of the plant life around him.
Then he continued with exterior cultivation arts beginning with the Knight King's Art as his foundation since it is used to fortify the body covering the fundamentals as well as increasing speed, strength, and defense.
The moment he touched the book he found himself surrounded by knights of legends and fables everyone who called himself or herself a knight needs to kneel to the Knight of all Knights, the King of Knights, Arthur Pendragon.
He saw Arthur standing instead of sitting on his throne holding his sword in both hands while pointing it at the ground listening to his subjects.
Then he began with the Ares' War God Art which Ares developed to never tire in any circumstance while turning the body into an impenetrable Fortress that even Gods find hard to scratch.
The Thundering Body Art as the name suggests, is an offensive Body Art allowing lightning to run all over his body by infusing his cells with Lightning Qi as well as increasing his speed.
The Martial God Art is a Body Art that improves his strength further helping in manifesting more Qi into an aura as Guan Yu did in his duel against him before.
The last external Art is 'Body Art' it was nothing complex at first glance but once he read it Arthur found himself on a familiar battlefield again.
He saw two people fighting against the man with golden eyes, whom he had met before in a vision when he heard, "Do you really believe that you can defeat us using such a weak Body Art?"
"This Body Art has no name because it was created to bypass your restrictions and laws," says the man as Arthur can feel that the man's Qi seems to soar to new highs.
"I am the Cursed King that will seal you both away," says the man when Arthur sees a familiar Dragon beside the man or better said breaking through the ground lifting the man into the air with his head.
It was Ysmrgra looking like a mountain dwarfing his current size in his mindspace when he heard, "The Eighteen Primordial Dragons won't be of much help."
"They will be," says the man with a crazy smirk on his face as his skin slowly turned into black dragon scales as he shouts, "Black Dragon Scale Mail!"
"Did you create a Cultivation Art resembling Gilgamesh's Cultivation Art," says the woman as the man sees dread in her eyes.
"The Dragon Master Art!" roars the man as his scales turned now golden as did Ysmrgra's when Arthur was pushed away just from the Qi the man and Ysmrgra were radiating out.
"You ar-" says the man shocked.
"I can't kill you but we can seal you away taking your thrones away and giving the world a better future," says the man riding Ysmrgra as he manifests a sword with a blade made of pure light.
"Spectator, run or you will be dragged into this fight," says the man riding on Ysmrgra as he sends a Qi wave at Arthur sending him back while saying, "This fight could even wound you. So train the Body Art I left behind and maybe we will meet again. Now let me witness their end."
Arthur was sent back holding the book in his hands which turned to dust before his eyes as it entered his mind.
The Dragons' Master Art is an external Cultivation Art allowing the user to turn into the Master of all Dragons. Arthur already tapped into it by accident in his fight against Guan Yu as Zhao Yun.
He combined them all with the 'How to Cultivate the Eight Elements' and created his own calling it the Trancending Undying King's Cultivation Art since it combined both Internal and External Cultivation Arts.
Once he reaches the completion level he would be able to stand at the peak of mortality not knowing what the future still had in store for him.
"It seems, you are ready to take your next step," says Shura looking at David who was training with a giant of a man wielding different weapons.
"Benkai, how is he holding up against another warrior of this realm?" asks Shura the giant of a man who is still shorter than Arthur by a slight margin.
Arthur now has red hair instead of blond because of the side effect of the War God Art while his eyes are still blue but they have the shape of a beast resembling that of a Dragon's, another side effect this time from the Dragons' Master Art.
"He is not bad but did he really defeat a God?" asks Benkai holding a Naginata in his hand.
"He did but you must not forget that he shattered his own cultivation by creating a new cultivation which suits him better going by his words," says Shura as Arthur still piques his interest more than any other mystery out in the world.
"Where are you going to send him?" asks Benkai feeling a bit nervous since Arthur was getting stronger by the second.
"Your homeland, just at a different time," says Shura smirking at Benkai.
He might witness the unification of your homeland," says Shura turning away while whistling a tune that neither Arthur nor Benkai had heard before.
He soon stops and they hear, "The time is ripe."
"Already," says Shura as his eyes are closed but they still smile at the person who spoke those words.
"Yes," says Lorena stepping out of the shadow looking at Arthur who has changed a lot compared to the last time she saw him.
"Are you ready, Arthur?" asks Shura taking Arthur by surprise as he snaps with his fingers.
Everything turned and twisted for a moment when Arthur found himself looking at the blue sky. He tries to figure out where in Feudal Japan he landed only to find out that a monk was carrying him in his arms.
"Don't worry, child. We are almost there," says the monk in a calming tone as he reaches the entrance to a Temple.
"Grandmaster," calls the monk out as the Temple is a small one in which only a handful of monks reside.
"Sogen, who are you carrying with you?" asks the Master of the Temple.
"I don't know. He was among the supplies I brought back. I think the village couldn't feed him so they sent him to us," says Sogen as they look at Arthur seeing him not cry even once.
"I thought we could maybe raise him to become the next generation," says Sogen with hope in his eyes.
"We could raise him but he needs to decide his own fate once he is old enough," says the Grandmaster looking at Arthur before saying, "But that doesn't mean we can't influence him to become a monk in the future."
'Never!' shouts Arthur in his mind.
"How shall we name him?" asks Sogen as the Grandmaster holds his chin for a moment when he gets too close to Arthur who accidentally kicks him while stretching his new pair of legs.
"Benkei," says the Grandmaster holding his chin feeling the pain.
"Are you sure, Grandmaster. It is a name with deep roots," says Sogen as the Grandmaster nods.
"He will be strong enough to carry said name in the future," says the Grandmaster still feeling pain.
"Benkei, will be your name from now," says Sogen as he lifts Arthur into the air.
'Benkei, it could have been worse,' thinks Arthur to himself when he accidentally pees on Sogen making the Grandmaster laugh out loud at seeing that.
"He is as strong and rebellious as the real deal maybe he will be a Warrior Monk but his name should be written like this," says the Grandmaster as he uses a stick to write it down while saying, "The First Kanji represents Understanding and the Second Kanji represents Fortune. We pray for this child to understand the people around him and the people to understand him and that fortune smile upon your child, blessing their endeavors with success and abundance."
'I like the old man's idea but I won't become a monk,' says Arthur now named Benkei in this life which he will try to enjoy as much as possible.
