It was a sunny Sunday morning, me and my childhood friend Rias, We have come to the countryside to visit my grandparents during the summer holidays. Me and Rias decided to go out and explore the countryside and play around. As we were leaving my grandmother passed us a bento, and told us to be careful of storms as they are unpredictable. We agreed thinking that it was a clear day and most probably nothing should happen and left the house. We were running around and exploring the place where we haven' t been in ages.
As we were enjoying our time together, the weather appeared to turn gloomy. We decided to halt our exploration and reach for shelter, but there arose a problem. We had come quite far and there were nothing but cornfields as far as the eyes could see. Except for a black tower which we could see from around a black kilometer away. We decided to head there and look for shelter. As we approached it, we could see the clear difference in the condition of land as it started to look more wild and less touched by humans.
We were contemplating whether we should head any further but the weather looked like it was getting worse and a storm was approaching. We decided to approach further as we didn't have any other options, and getting struck by a storm appears to be worse of the two. We hurried towards the tower and were finally able to see its base, where there was a board which probably was the name of the tower. We rushed and saw the entrance blocked and decided to head up the stairs to reach the top which is covered. We rushed up the stairs as it started raining. By the time we reached the top, the rain had picked up its pace and was pouring an incredible intensity. As soon as we reached the top a lightning struck and we blacked out.
