Qin Nanyu's first reaction was to look at Ji Weitian. In his eyes, Leng Jian was not as fragile as Ji Weitian imagined.
Just imagine, a person who has been with Dr. CC for many years, handling matters with composure, deflecting all open and hidden attacks for Dr. CC, would they be someone with a fragile psyche and no strategy whatsoever?
Only Ji Weitian would think Leng Jian needs someone to protect her.
"You... What are you saying? I don't understand, what do we know?" Ji Weitian clutched Qin Nanyu's arm as if holding onto a lifeline, suppressing her guilty conscience, and reluctantly asked back.
"Every time you feel guilty, you never dare look into my eyes."
Leng Jian spoke indifferently, her gaze swept past Ji Weitian, then looked at Qin Nanyu, asking, "Did you find out about the blood relation test I asked someone to help with?"
