This Will power is the most arbitrary power.
Because it could not be quantified the way some other method of destruction or creation.
For example, if you conjure up a fireball, the range and the destructiveness of the fire ball could be somewhat quantified as long as that fireball did not enter the conceptual realm
How hot the fireball is?
How big it is?
The speed it is travelling?
The strength of the being that is hurling fireball.
Whether the fireball is affected by the speed or friction of the rules and laws of physics.
With all of this, the range and effect of the fireball could be calculated somehow.
But will power.
Willpower is useful and sometimes very powerful.
In magic that are more conceptual than the one based of the rules and laws of the Universe, Willpower is kind of a catalyst or shield.
At times, it could overwhelm the magic of other and other times it could repel the magic of others.
