Azariel looked quite intrigued, as much as he was in disbelief.
He had been prepared to undergo all sorts of monstrous changes even if it meant he would become a savage-looking man. What's that compared to the security of his family?
"Father, I don't want to lose my dragon-arachnid bloodline if that's possible. I admire Mother and want to follow the path she took when she absorbed the blood of the Evilbane Hexweaver Arachnid and Chaos Dragon, but unlike Noctis, Ragna and Styx who are undergoing the bloodline ritual of Mother Nadia who is passing them down the bloodline of the Deathhowl Revenant Wolf, I won't be able to receive it from mother, nor do I have the nerve to shamelessly ask it from Mother Mira and Mother Hexena."
"Oye- why'd you include Hexena as mother there?"
Davis turned his head and shot a death stare at Azariel.
