Davis flew quickly towards Fairy Thunderblaze. His figure blinked multiple times as he moved like a wraith within the pocket space, easily traversing the long distance like he was a skilled fish in the sea. Within a few seconds, he landed before her.
Their gazes met as Fairy Thunderblaze finally released a breath, realizing that the charm she implanted was still on him. When he raised his hands, she couldn't help but step forward and fall into his embrace.
"Welcome back, my Emperor."
Fairy Thunderblaze embraced him and felt his warmth as she thoroughly enjoyed it when he also wrapped his arms around her. Looking at his gentle smile, she was unable to maintain her gaze and placed her head over his chest. At that moment, she couldn't describe the emotions she felt. It made her feel light and giddy, as though she was ecstatic for no apparent reason, even though the reason was apparent.
