"Found it." Feng Jiu stared intently at the spot behind her ear, his brow slightly furrowed. "But this Gu is rather large—it won't be easy to draw out."
"What should we do?" Qin Xin couldn't help but ask.
Feng Jiu watched the Gu wriggling beneath the skin behind her ear. After a moment of deep thought, he said, "Lure it downward and dig it out."
Hearing this, Qin Xin glanced at the unconscious Qingcheng and asked, "What preparations does Master need? I'll go gather them."
"Just find a few strips of cloth," Feng Jiu replied, clasping Qingcheng's hand as she channeled a thread of Blue Lotus energy into her body. This thread of energy, however, resembled a fishing line, slowly extending from her own arm.
"See that Gu? I'll lure it down. Once it descends, tightly bind the area above its position with cloth strips. Tie one band at a short interval, then gradually loosen the subsequent ones."
"Understood." Qin Xin affirmed, her gaze fixed intently on the Gu's location.
