"There is still room for more, but I think the four guiding principles that we have formulated today will take time and further thought to spell out and combine into a single narrative. Since we are still new and in the process of establishing ourselves, it is better to start small and expand our culture and traditions over time. Trying to implement too many changes in a short interval of time will generate too much confusion and possibly backlash."
Eliza Mo Ragadan nodded in agreement. "You may have a point. The Ascended Giants need clarity. We should focus on introducing the core principles first and monitor the reactions of your subordinates over a span of several weeks or months. We can introduce targeted changes and additions in response to any problems or shortcomings that might occur."
