Nerith Morvale is one of the feared ones. An anomaly creation of Death Essence.
Imprisoned by the Global Unified Council and labeled a threat since a child, Nerith carries an unawakened Echo the world mocks and misunderstands: necromancy.
Considered a useless, taboo power good only for raising corpses, necromancy has left him caged among others with broken, unknown abilities, waiting to be erased or rather tools to be used.

A forbidden ritual performed in captivity reformed his reason to live. Because the dead do not merely obey him....they recognize him. And in that recognition, Nerith found something older than Essence, something deeper than Light or Void:
Necromancy is not about commanding the dead. It is about becoming the thin line between life and death to choose those who deserves to exist.
And Nerith must decide whether he will become humanity’s shield, its executioner, or something far worse.
Because some powers are not meant to save the world. They are meant to end it or rather remake it from how rotten it'd become.
