The graveyard was meant to keep him hidden and to keep the world safe. But when the chains of the undead begin to loosen and the dead start whispering his name, Sia’s fragile sanctuary collapses. The Bleeding Eye begins to open, and Mortis finally wakes up.
Unfortunately, Mortis isn’t the silent, ancient god Sia expected. He’s loud, lazy, and completely unpredictable—with a sharp wit and zero guilt about being a walking disaster. To him, destruction isn’t a sin; it’s just the world being honest. And living in the moment, even if it burns everything down, is his way of appreciating it.
